Green Circle are passionate and believe in a ‘nature first’ approach to letting wildlife flourish.
It’s important to us that we take an ethical approach in everything that we do, not resorting to quick fixes.
We are an inclusive organisation that values teamwork and sustainability.
Our Team
Green Circle was formed as a Community Interest Company in 2020. We are a lean operation with three directors and a small operations team including volunteers. This allows us to be agile and low-cost.
As individuals, we have a raft of experiences that we bring together to develop proven models and roll them out across the water.
Ian
Head of Operations
A real grafter with years of experience in dealing with nature, Ian is not afraid to get his hands dirty. Working alongside our band of volunteers and valued partners, Ian manages our projects to make sure we get the job done!

Heading up our sales, marketing and partnerships is Ben, a true entrepreneur, networking guru and eco-warrior.
Bijal
Director
Bringing a wealth of experience from across private businesses and all levels of the volunteer sector, Bijal’s role is to keep the back office stuff ticking over.
Varsa
Education and Wellbeing Director
A lifelong educator with masses of experience as a teacher and senior manager, Varsa heads up our education and wellbeing offerings. Varsa uses her expertise on special education teams and mental health to provide bespoke solutions for our partners.
